Gene Haas Tony Stewart Racing — A Wild Ride At Daytona

Tough Day For The Gene Haas Tony Stewart Team
By the end of the day, Gene Haas Tony Stewart’s drivers finished 25th and 26th. This put a damper on both men’s ranking in the chase for the cup, pushing Newman down a spot to 15 and stranding Smoke in 9th.
Next weekend the Sprint Cup Series heads to Chicagoland Speedway for the LifeLock.com 400. Stewart and Newman have combined for 3 wins in the last 7 years in Chicago; here’s hoping they can continue the good finishes.
